Jake Nice directs the company’s leadership team  toward the vision of becoming the most trusted partner in the nation for real estate valuation services. Mr. Nice brings operational, capital markets, and direct investment expertise for Ascribe. Jake is a Co-Founder of StoicLane, and previously held leadership roles at Nationwide Ventures, Avant, and began his career at BMO Capital Markets in New York. Mr. Nice holds a BBA in Finance from Villanova University.
