Jim Leath is an enterprise growth executive with more than 30 years of leadership across mortgage, banking, financial services, and data & analytics. He has a proven record of scaling national sales organizations, delivering sustained double-digit revenue growth, and owning P&L responsibility for businesses exceeding $600MM.

Prior to joining Ascribe, Jim served as Senior Vice President of National Mortgage Sales at Equifax, where he led the company’s largest direct sales vertical — Equifax Mortgage Services — for more than a decade. His career spans executive leadership roles at Altisource, Hudson & Marshall, and Black Knight Financial Services (formerly LPS), with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, enterprise account management, and organizational transformation.
