DESCRIPTION | |
EXCELLENT | Well maintained and upgraded and/or quality building materials. |
GOOD | Well maintained and no evidence of deferred maintenance. Some upgrades typical in the market. |
AVERAGE | Maintained, but evidence of typical wear and tear for age and neighborhood. Some upgrades typical in the market. |
FAIR | Lacks maintenance and/or minor repairs are needed to bring it into average condition. Repairs needed. |
POOR | Virtually uninhabitable, siding/shingles missing, dilapidated, overgrown landscaping. Major repairs needed. |
